GROUND SHIPPING

Orders ship within 2 business days and generally arrive 2-5 business days from the day of shipment.

Transit times are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on various environmental factors and carrier delays. 

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND CANADA

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via standard Ground service only. Orders to these locations not providing a valid street address (e.g. PO Boxes), will be cancelled. Transit times of 7-14 days can be expected. Shipping rates vary by package size and weight.

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping fees.. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
